Returns, Replacements, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer Satisfaction

We focus on complete customer satisfaction. If there is a technical manufacturing defect with the product, we will accept returns/replacements within 7 days and refund the amount as per our refund policy.

 

Refund Policy

Order Cancellation:

  • Before Shipment: Refund after deduction of Payment Gateway Fees (5%).

  • After Shipping / Returned by Courier / Customer Refusal: Refund after deduction of Payment Gateway Fees (5%) + Packaging + Logistics Fees (5%) + Two-way Shipping Charges.

All refunds will be made to the same account/mode which the payments were received by us. We ship 100% QC Passed/Tested products, which are generally packed properly to withstand shipping and avoid damage. However, in case of genuine reasons, we will try our best to replace the product if it is not serviceable.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your request needs to include the Order # and date of purchase.

  • Always specify the reason for the return request.

  • No returns will be accepted without Return Authorization from our team.

Note: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Product opening videos at the time of receipt are mandatory to be shown for such cases and will be considered only if it’s a genuine claim.

Return of Product after Order Receipt / Product Not Working / Damaged: In case the product is damaged/not working, the customer has to inform immediately (within 24 hours) on phone/WhatsApp/email at 88888 25017 / info@shoppyness.in.

 

Returns Process

We're here to assist you every step of the way! Please follow the simple steps below:

  1. Pack securely in the original box. Add more packing if needed for safety.

  2. Attach the provided label.

  3. Get the pickup person's signature and phone number.

  4. Share the signed label via WhatsApp on 88888 25017 and email info@shoppyness.in.

Cash On Delivery (COD)

Order Information:

  • COD Orders: ₹500 minimum order value.

  • Prepaid Orders: ₹200 minimum order value.

Payment:

  • COD: 20% online, 80% on delivery.

  • Prepaid: Full payment online.

COD Charge: ₹35 per COD order. Important: ₹500 minimum order for COD.

COD Order Cancellation: In case of COD order shipped out and not accepted by the customer, the token advance of 20% will be forfeited towards Payment Gateway, Shipping, Packaging, and other logistics charges.

Please allow us a few days for our accounts team to process refunds if needed. All refunds will be made to the same account/mode which the payments were received by us.
